  • Our team works remotely from our home offices in Virginia and Illinois, and we often complete contracts with organizations across the nation without having ever met in person.

  • If your project will require us to visit onsite, we are happy to co-create a plan that will maximize our time together.

    In general, we ask that the organization cover the cost of flight & overnight accommodation, with us covering the meals & ground transportation.

  • An important part of our work together is deciding what success looks like for your organization and co-creating a work plan to get there.
