What to expect:

  • Four live, 60-minute sessions with your cohort (virtual, but it still feels personal)

  • Weekly reflection prompts — quick, meaningful, not homework-heavy

  • Gentle accountability and shared laughter (expect both)

  • A private community space for connection between sessions
